for the most part, front desk staff are good, nice and capable ;there's 1 employee [turns out is a 'manager',who i asked for floor to be swept and mopped, and there was also a white truck with CA license plate parked so close to my driver side [am disabled senior Veteran] which made it extremely dificult to enter my vehicle. The truck was parked in reverse and had NO Motel6 Parking tag on its driver side windhield. The elder 'manager'[who REFUSED to give me her name upon my asking; i didnt know she is a manager@time of my request to PLEASE have flooring swept&mopped, & do something about apparent unauthorized truck parked in reverse [and inhibiting entry into my vehicle]. i had business to attend to that morning, and due to dificulties entering my vehicle,i was late for business commitments i was expected to be at. This 'manager' walked away from me [UNprofesional AND rude!] and was suddenly on a phone call, instead of managing truck problem. She said cleaning isnt done 'til 3 days AFTER. When i got back to room, floor was not swept or mopped,so i used towels to wipe dirty flooring, and clean counters, icky phone, tv remote, etc. Its obvious this Motel6 fails to enforce their own policies: During check-in i was instructed NO parking in reverse AND MUST display Motel6 ticket on driver side windshield when parked on this Motel6 property,or risk vehicle tow. Bathtub is slippery and i nearly fell down!! i used towel as 'bathtub mat'.*my star ratings include 'tattooed manager' attitude.
