Met all expectations but didn't really excel at any, the air conditioning was a bit of a weak point. While it works, it struggled to keep the room much below 25. The breakfast arrangement on Sun morning was extremely bad, no stuff refilled by kitchen after 0915am, we spent almost 35 mins just having the drinks, salad and congee only. A big difference as compared with my previous 4 days morning in same hotel. Probably they need to carefully review on it especially on how to manage the breakfast section. Overall the hotel's facilities is perfect with a rear top swimming pool, i like it.

Inside the lobby it’s quite nice but the rooms were a bit worn down and the carpets were dirty. The pillows and the bed sheets don’t feel clean, have stains on them. The air conditioning is very loud and the toilet got clogged during the second day. The free breakfast is very low quality very limited choice and staff don’t refill the food when it’s gone, if it’s free breakfast, it’s OK but if you pay, I advise you go get breakfast somewhere else.
