A truly beautiful place, well laid out in a mountain valley. The atmosphere is welcoming and the restaurant is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to install Wi-Fi extenders to all the rooms. Our room was towards the back of the property and we lost the signal just before reaching it.

Trogon was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The property and the location was priceless. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help. The cabins were clean and cozy and with the weather it will probably the best sleep you will ever have. The Food is very good plus there are a few other very good options within a couple of KM's. A supremely good place to stay for enjoying the cloud rainforest, and birds. If you're an athlete you can either hike, run the trails, or jog/run the Quetzales grinder hill descent and climb and see the bird on the way.

Beautiful resort

We loved this beautiful resort with wonderful flowers. Non of the rooms had wifi and our internet provider (Kolbi) wouldn’t work in the rooms. Wifi was provided in the restaurant and bar area. We did see quetzal birds with an early morning guide…well worth it!
