The hostel is upstairs from Malones taphouse. The rooms are fine, beds fair comfy but there’s not great sound proofing with the bar downstairs.. Men’s bathrooms on the first floor aren’t great but are good on the second floor. Staff were really good, helpful and kind. Laundry was good. $2 for washing machine and $2 for drying. Overall it’s a decent hostel, with good staff. It did the job but isn’t anything fancy.

While we knew this was a hostel, we didn't expect our room to have holes in the walls, a window that needed a piece of wood to keep it from closing, or plastic stools serving as a table. The room didn't have air conditioning, so it was hot in the afternoons. In addition, it faced the street, which was quite noisy. The bathrooms were okay, but the sinks were very small. As a result, water constantly splashed onto the counter and the floor. People tried not to get the surfaces wet, but it was difficult to avoid.

Clean and comfy bed, we have private room so whole room was great for space though small as like any accommodation in an older style building. Service at front desk was friendly with each passing as well as check in and departure. Bathrooms well equipped & extremely clean and looked after.
