Friendly clean and great value

Very Friendly staff, kindly saved the room I preferred. Place inside the hotel to park my cycle, so extra points for that too. complimentary Big breakfast, clean rooms and bathroom as just renovated. Having a cycle the hotel was in a perfect position for me, as easy to cycle anywhere.

Perfect Location Great hotel.

On arrival at the hotel the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. A bonus was safety box in the room also a fridge. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, there was cereal, fruit, cake, croissants also hot food bacon sausages beans and scrambled egg. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again Location was great to.

This hotel is located in a prime position. Not far from the station. A very short walk to the seafront and situated amongst the leading shops. If you are looking for value with a good buffet breakfast too then this hotel is a good choice.

Good stay for a festival

Overall we found it a really good stay, helpful staff, good service, the room was lovely and good space, a few broken draws when trying to close a couple needed a clean, the controller was dirty needed a clean. We felt there needed to be more room in the bathroom to actually hang towels etc. etc phone in rooms needed and iron, bigger breakfast selection and room for it.

Disappointing

This hotel is more like a youth hostel and depressing. We couldn't see the sky from the window. Two adults yet only one bedside table and one chair. No window dressing. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Overpriced for the quality of the stay. The staff were lovely but we won't be returning.

An excellent value marvelous hotel

This was my first visit to Brighton, I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, price and location. It did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was facing out on to a quiet street at the back. It was clean and well equipped. The shower and the breakfast were excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront, the station and The Lanes. I was able to leave me luggage at the hotel (not everywhere does this) whilst I used up the last few hours before I headed home. I will return to Brighton and I will certainly book this hotel again as it is really good value and is an excellent base to explore Brighton from.

More than worth it!

Very clean and organized room. The staff was also immediately accommodating and responsive with any questions or worries I had via WhatsApp. The included breakfast was also lovely and the staff there were extremely kind and gracious to let me eat even though I came right after closing.

Good Hotel: Worth the Money

Overall a good hotel for the money. The bed is a little uncomfortable but the hotel is very clean. The laundry facility was a good touch though make sure to walk to Poundland or Sainsbury as they dont sell singles. The drier needs two cycles to dry clothes but still fine. Staff were exceptional and were always willing to help. Didnt have a chance to grab breakfast but the hotel is next to some shops and fast food establishments. There isnt any carpark but if you book with Brighton Regency Mews you can park for £21 for 24hrs vs their reccomend spot which is £35.
