The staff were very nice. The room was clean. However, the door of the bathroom was not able to be closed fully.

Great experience for Ikea fans. Museum entrance is included in the price as is free laundry, sauna, and some beverages. There is a regular Ikea restaurant nearby as is an upscale Ikea restaurant. Breakfast is great as well. The family room has bunkbeds.

6/10 Good

Newly built. Parking is a challenge as it was still under construction. No air conditioning which might be a factor should the temperature gets too high. Breakfast was very good, great buffet.

This hotel is fantastic with friendly staff, clean rooms and lots of chill out areas. The onsite food is also high quality for a great price and the breakfast selection is extensive. I liked the fact you get complimentary entry into the Ikea museum as well, which added to the experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy, convenient, modern hotel. Staff is friendly and informative. Stopped for a night while traveling from Copenhagen to Stockholm by train. Appreciated the free laundry. Enjoyed our free admission to the IKEA museum. Dinner at Grillen’s was delicious with a modern twist on traditional food. Hotel is being expanded, but we did not encounter loud noise or any inconveniences. Our room was fresh and totally remodeled. As you would expect from IKEA, everything was very modern and functional. We would love to come back and see the hotel when construction is complete.

Good hotel

Good hotel. Friendly reception staff, cozy atmosphere, good breakfast. Good bed with clean linens and good pillows. The only thing that we've found inconvenient is the sliding bathroom door .... It needs to be replaced with a "normal" one. We will book again.

Super practical and family friendly hotel in IKEA town Älmhult. Parking is free and safe outside. Passing through we appreciated the free to use washing facilities and the many games and activities the hotel offers. You even get free entrance to the IKEA hotel opposite, so follow the many signs to the museum, as many Sat navs will take you somewhere else. Älmhult has excellent shopping on the outskirts of town as well. Highly recommended as a practical stop over and of course a must if furniture and design is your thing

8/10 Very good

In general, this is a very well run budget hotel with very good access to the IKEA museum. Please do not miss the "GRILLA" restaurant in the evening - really interesting and well-tasting food at a reasonable price. Bu do not expect the typical IKEA menu.

I would expect nothing less from IKEA Excellent hotel in a very good location, next to the IKEA museum and to the grill The rooms were to a very high standard. Very clean rooms and communal areas There was free tea, coffee and water 24/7 Even though there was building work going on, it was very quiet In fact it was an extremely quiet hotel and didn’t hear anyone Staff were very attentive and the food in the grille was excellent Also, the buffet breakfast was delicious, a lot of choice Highly recommend this hotel, I will be back with my family
