The power was out in the hotel when I arrived to check in. Since it was after check in time for my stay, I was unable to get a refund for the charge hotels.com charged me. Had to stay at a different hotel at an additional fee.

Service was bad room were dirty had a roach in restroom. No towels or extra bed sheet the answer was they are short staffed. Room was never cleaned .

After all these years of renting a room here, this year was the worst, there was no wifi, tv barely worked and to top it off the cannibis and cigarette smell was horrible. Also we never got housekeeping. Toilet wasnt probably functioning bc everytime we flushed water came up from under the flloor. Honestly i dont recommend if its for long stay.

I reserved one room for five people but was told that I would have to pay for two rooms once I actually went to check in. I also had to show ID's for everyone that would be staying in the room, which I've never had to do at any other hotel before, and I frankly don't understand the reasoning behind that. Once I told the clerk that I didn't want to stay anymore, they tried to lower the price of the room to about half the price of the two rooms that I would have had to pay for, so I just left.

Reservation cancelled

I was taking my 12 year old and 16 year old to go see Metallica and Pantera. Show was great!! Motel 6 called me 48 hours before my reservation and had to cancel my reservation. They said there was a storm and their electricity was out. That sucks. I know they couldn't do anything about it, but it sucks trying to get a new room that was $300 plus I had to pay $60 for parking. I chose that shirt motel 6 to stay at because it was $75 and we could walk to the stadium. So it just really screwed the whole thing up.

It was certainly not related to the pictures I saw online. I guess I should have realized considering the cost was only $51 for the stay. My wife did not feel safe in that environment so we went to Holiday Inn.

Our room was facing the highway so it was very loud at night. The staff wouldn’t provide us with extra towels. We were only allowed 2. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken.

Our stay was actually just fine. It served its purpose and we were pleased with it overall. The area is not really a great one and the room itself is pretty rough and has no microwave. However, it checked the boxes for the things we needed..... an economical place to hang our heads, and a place within walking distance of NRG Stadium if need be. A bonus was the very friendly person at the front desk.
