I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again when I return to Hanoi. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast had many excellent options and I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for me. Definitely recommend staying here.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very central, and 10min walking from Old quarter. i just spent one night there because it was more convenient for my early bus pick up to Ha Long. The hotel is geyying older and definitely need a refresh. Carpet in the room had a smell. Breakfast was simple but ok with options. I got a facial treatment and I found the therapist rude ( a very light hello, followed by a “laid down here” no question or explanation about what she was about to do to me ) and at the end she asked for a tip… Not really friendly and nice. I would not come back unfortunately.

Great location, great service. Loved that the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, so we got to enjoy the views every morning. Rooms are abit dated. But overall a great stay! Would recommend.

There was a dispute with the front desk manager about a water bottle. He insisted i pay $3 because i used the wrong bottle in the room.
