8/10 Very good

We came in after the reception was closed. No fault of the staff But it was a bit tricky. Must follow the check in instructions precisely Like being in an escape room. But it was very good. Friendly staff. Great location.

The Palazzo is extremely conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, and curious in a typical European way (lofted bed, bathroom was up a few stairs). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but memorable.

If there were more stars available we would give them more. The staff, location, amenities, condition, comfort, cleanliness - all a "10+" If you're looking to get a true feel of the area, this is the place to stay. Convenient to the parking lot, shopping, restaurants. Arco Basso - could not be happier with our stay at Palazzo Calo and Maurelli. We will tell our friends and we can't wait to come back! Grazie Mille.

The room was very cool, with the stone walls and the loft where the bed was. We had to leave early the next morning for a flight and the front desk attendance offered to bring us yogurt and muffins the night before so that we could eat before we go. Very nice!
