Location great, right on waterways beautiful setting. Walk into main city centre not far, hop on hop off bus tour on other side of road. Lots of restaurants near by to eat. Hotel staff v friendly and helpful. Room overlooking waterways was superb. Recommend a stay here.

A real gem of an hotel. Immaculately clean and well presented rooms. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a great variety of hot and cold food and plenty of choices. No USB charge points in room was the only thing I found lacking. Would certainly recommend as a base for Miniatur Wonderland visit as just a few minutes walk.

My husband and I arrived late to the hotel, since we were tired we decided to eat at the Italian restaurant cantinetta, which was still open. Food selection offered non-meat dishes and was very good. The gym was a bit small, equipment worked well and clean. Our room was very comfortable. The attractions in the area were walkable and many popular options for ethnic cuisines. Make reservations ahead of time. Definitely will stay at this hotel should my travels take me backs to Hamburg!
