Our room had excellent furnishings and a large shower that we enjoyed. It was very quiet and we had a nice view of homes located close by. Our breakfast was excellent with good variety and tasty items. Service at the desk was quite good as well. The hotel is not really close to Piazza San Marco, but we knew that when we reserved the room. We would definitely recommend this lodging.

Absolutely BEAUTIF hotel and rooms. We had a wonderful stay, they very close to water taxis, shopping, the Rialto bridge, restaurants and a little local grocer. Staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in one of the hotels Smart rooms that was very clean and nicely furnished. The room was very small (12sq m) but this was exactly as described. It was located in an annexe a short walk from hotel reception across the square. The room had just enough storage space for a three night stay. The bathroom was slightly more spacious and was also clean and tidy. We asked in advance for a kettle in the room to make hot drinks and one was provided without any fuss. It was very handy that there was is a co-op store across the street from the accommodation where we bought milk and Prosecco which we were able to put in the rooms mini bar fridge. The breakfast was served in the main hotel and had a very good selection of hot and cold food as well as a great choice of coffees. You could even have a glass of Prosecco with your breakfast if you actually felt like drinking alcohol that early! Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it as it is in such a good central location with all the main areas only a short walk away. The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were friendly. We didn’t think we could afford to stay in the centre of Venice in a good hotel but this one surprised us as it was such good value even if the room was smaller than we ideally wanted.

Fantastic Hotel.

The checkin and all happens at the other sister hotel, for the first time we had a hard time finding Ca Marinella. Other than that, the room was nice and the AC worked. There were tons of mirrors in the rooms, the bed was a little hard on the back and the most interesting part was the key to the room was this big huge brass key that weighed a ton, so we dropped off at the main hotel every time we left the rooms, because we didn’t want carry that big key around
