Location location location! Great spot close to everything. The staff was great, but like the other reviews show the cleanliness could’ve been better. We had small stains on the sheets and there was dirt build up around the faucets in the bathroom. For $80/night you can expect to lower some expectations, but cleanliness should be a given. Overall 8/10 would stay again!

This is an older building but I found it clean, spacious and well equipped. I liked the guest lounge with coffee in the morning, space to sit anytime and fridge space. Great location. Parking was not always available but we always found a meter within a block. And we were there on Sunday/holiday Monday so meters were free. Overall I’d stay again given the above, the price point, proximity to a great food scene and the super comfy bed.

The room was clean. The glass door into the bathroom looked cool but without a shade in the bathroom window it was hard to sleep as the light shined into the sleep space at all hours. The front desk was very nice and extremely helpful with recommendations for food and places to explore. The dry ribs at the pub were amazing.

Checking in and checking out was easy. The rooms were clean and simple and we slept well. There is a great coffee shop with amazing fresh baked goods attached to the hotel, as well as a nice restaurant (steak house) and sports pub. The hotel is located right downtown and has a great price point. We were very pleased and would stay there again.
