I am basing this review on the price paid. We came during the week in wintertime. Breakfast alone justified the stay. 24 hour corner store just a few steps away. Full grocery store a few more steps away. & then of course the beach a few more steps away. Note:water in fridge is not complementary. I thought they were because there were just four small bottles of a no nane brand.

First checked into room not made up, sheets on floor, lights broken--looked like a fight occurred in the room. Next room had mold in the shower, no pillow cases, uclean old cover, mattress had to be 40 years old, staff only removed trash daily and put old moldy bed cover back on. We had to demand clean towels daily. Provided breakfast was mediocre at best. 2 of 3 elevators operable for 18 floors. And more! Couldn't wait to leave.

O hotel atende as necessidades e espectativa do padrão oferecido, o que deixa a desejar é não ter academia como a maioria dos demais, também a questão de pagar para guardar bagagem, levando em consideração os horários dos voos e da entrada e saída do hotel, para guardar as bagagens precisei pagar duas vezes totalizando R$ 60,00, no demais está ok.

Infelizmente, a experiência neste ano foi decepcionante. Já havíamos nos hospedado no hotel no ano passado e tínhamos gostado, mas desta vez encontramos vários problemas. Os recepcionistas foram, na maioria das vezes, impacientes e, em alguns momentos, até mal educados. O pior foram dois episódios extremamente desconfortáveis: em um dia, um funcionário entrou no nosso quarto sem qualquer aviso prévio para “verificar o ar-condicionado”, algo que poderia ter sido comunicado com antecedência. Em outro momento, enquanto estávamos dormindo, outro funcionário simplesmente entrou no quarto — acordamos assustados e meu esposo precisou gritar para que ele se retirasse imediatamente. Isso é inaceitável e demonstra total falta de organização e respeito com os hóspedes. Além disso, o café da manhã deixou a desejar: era exatamente o mesmo todos os dias, sem nenhuma variação. Ano passado isso não aconteceu, o que torna essa mudança ainda mais frustrante. Infelizmente, saímos com a sensação de descuido e desrespeito. Não pretendemos voltar.

A recepção foi gentil, a limpeza estava ok, cama boa, o café da manhã tinha o básico mas dentro do esperado,algumas reposições demoravam, mas o pior ponto são os elevadores. Demoram muito, são antigos, cabem umas 5 pessoas por vez. Com certeza foi o ponto mais negativo da estadia.

De forma geral gostei do hotel, os funcionários sao agradaveis e educados. A localização perfeita, perfeita mesmo! So nao gostei da Internet que não pega noa quartos. Da janela que nao tinha no meu quarto. O café da manhã não tem tantas opções, mas é bom. De forma geral, recomendo. E voltaria a me hospedar.
