I would recommend this place,staff was very friendly,place was clean and everything i needed was close by. A nightclub across the way from hotel,if you into that. The only thing i would say is,the bed was a bit hard but that's minor. I will definitely stay there again.

Always a pleasant stay at castle peak.

I've been using this hotel since 2017 and have stayed numerous times and each time have enjoyed my stay and the staff there. Always so friendly and courteous at the front desk and all of the other stuff is always looking to help you. I love starting my day in the restaurant with the fruit platter.

I appreciated a lot that the reception let my wife checked in before the time. She kindly requested it as she was not really doing fine that morning. The lady in the reception, made it quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back when we are in the Philippines again.

I thought the staff was very friendly and understanding. Even when I didn’t need the room to be cleaned and they saw me they always asked did I need water and I said yes. When I make a trip back to the Philippines I’m definitely coming back to Castle Peak. Awesome people who work there!

Pretty nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Internet quality is poor, tv barely works, water pressure was low, lukewarm shower, sink faucet falling off, toilet flush kept getting stuck, safe batteries dead... some attention to detail needed. Also, staff refused to provide extra towels for the tiny pool. But, generally nice for the price and could be a gem with a little effort.

The place was nice, probably in 2005, but now it's rundown, hasn't been attended to in a very long time. All the joints in the bathroom are moldy, carpet is old, AC stunk the Room the first 6 hours, there's no showerhead, it's just a pipe sticking out the wall, I've had 5 different type of bugs, wifi is no good, no hand towel, no soundproofing it feels like your sleeping with the motorbikes. It's not good, keep looking, I'm sure the area has better to offer

Smell of mold. No windows in room. Elevator from 6th floor took no less than 5 minutes just to arrive. TV didn't work. When I called reception they said someone would come right up. 30 minutes later they stilled had not sent anyone. Room across the hall had open door with unkempt room entire stay.

Ok for a night when arriving, kinda hectic area. They do have a nice restaurant connected to the lobby, but the wait staff were kinda fake nice, got a few dirty looks for no reason? Seems like they all a bit jaded from all the tourists, I don’t know. But have no desire to ever visit that city again, just too busy for me personally

夜中だと空港から約20分くらいの距離にあるのと、アヤラやSMシティ、ITパークへも行きやすい場所です。 ただ、ホテルの部屋は当たり外れがあり、洗面所の流れが悪い部屋、バスタブの流れが悪い部屋、小さい虫が多量発生している部屋などもあります。 外国のホテルなので、当たり前といえば当たり前ですし、スタッフにいうと改善もしてくれるので、設備はイマイチですが、スタッフの接客はいいです。

Feeling disappointed on this stay.

Booked 2 rooms, both were at the back of the hotel, 1 had a small window, the other none. Previous stay was at the front with windows. Restaurant staff is run by OJT staff not professional waiters. Went down for dinner, was told had to be buffet. If I wanted a la carte it was available if I ate it in my room. I asked the waitress where can I eat and was told go to Jollibee. When I went to complain at the front desk she made a phone call and said I could eat in the rooftop restaurant it had the same a la carte menu. The only caring waitress at breakfast was Wella. The rest I would terminate on the spot. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked with items running out.Will look for another property for my next visit.

The staff allowed me to check in early and I'm very grateful because I'm a surgical postop patient. The room was quiet and spacious, although the room I received had no window(s). I can hear people walking outside the door, including the walkie talkie used by staff to communicate with each other. However, it did not bother me. Overall, the staff were helpful and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.
