My Experience

Location of the hotel is great, pretty close to the Haeundae beach. Reception personnels were a bit unprofessional while checking my booking. They kept us waiting for like 15 minutes, didn't even ask to sit or anything. Maybe this is for the language barrier but professional decency is expected at least. Everything else was quite good.

Room and bathroom is very old and dated. Donโ€™t be fooled by the photos. Rooms are not as white and clean as in photos. Hotel does not effet white sheets in the summer. They provide a very thin blanket which looks old as well. Reception does not speak English. We saw a cockroach in the room on our first night and asked for a refund and got it. We didnโ€™t stay the night and left.
