Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes.

Its was nice and small hotel . Unfortunately it was a bit noisy in the evening as the dirt bikes like to go up and down the road and disturb the peace , other than that it was a pleasant stay . Very friendly staff

The journey to get here was a bit tiring. However, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is very nice and sufficient. I would like to give special thanks to Esme. Every morning, she served us with the same smile. We are so glad to have you, Esme.

The hotel has a good breakfast choices. The parking conditions are complex and parking space sometimes is a mess. Parking spots are not designated. The rooms are basically clean. The convenience though is questionable with a lack of outlets and simple hangers for bath towels.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has so much charm. Beautiful gardens, and the views are breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of windows with blinds so we had no problem with the warm summer temperatures outside. It is a short walk into the heart of the town where we found a number of restaurant choices, and gelato on the way back. Breakfast was wonderful. We could park the car right in front of the hotel on the property grounds, but all roads and entrance to the property are VERY narrow. We were driving a station wagon so it was longer than most vehicles. We still enjoyed this hotel very much.

I enjoyed some of the eclectic furnishings as well as the large carpentry table in the dining area. The room we stayed in was excellent, clean and pleasant. The host was quick and efficient and made our stay a pleasure.
