Excellent hotel. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect just a short, pleasant walk to both the Old Town and the beach. Amazing stay

The location is great close to old town yet away from it's noise. Close to pretty sea views as well. The breakfast had many options and we were obsessed with the little breads ( so tasty). The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as well- we slept very well. The pool and patio were nice too

Good friendly service. Nice clean pool to cool down in. Tasty breakfast. Easy check in and out. Easy to park near hotel. Nice balcony with a sea view. Free water and fridge. Option for room service. Air conditioning good and not too loud. Only bad points were that the shower head could be cleaner and the bed sheet was not that comfortable as it has a towel material (this seems to be a local thing though as we experienced it in other hotels too)

The checkin was delayed due to our room door getting stuck. It took lot of time for them to resolve. Hence it all started on the wrong footing. The AC in the room was poorly installed and designed with insufficient blow and cooling capacity for such a big room. Antalya is hot during June and we had a difficult time to cope with the heat inside the room. When we complained to the front reception, they wouldn’t take any action to rectify the root cause of the problem. Subsequently, we had to ask them to install pedestal fans (2 nos) to keep the room ventilated. Overall it was not a good experience in this hotel. There was a gentleman in the front desk at the reception in the day shift and he wasn’t helpful at all in resolving issues. He would just say “I’m not a technician and hence I am unable to resolve” which is not the kind of response that guests want to hear. He wouldn’t care to offer any help nor assistance and thus totally unprofessional. Keeping such people at the front desk is detrimental to the business. You get frustrated as he tests your patience to the core. There was another gentleman during the night shift and he was very helpful and kind. Overall not a good stay at this place.

Otel çok vasattı. Tek gece kaldık sıcak su yoktu resepsiyona ilettiğimizde herkes aynı şikayetle arıyor dedi. Gün ısı sızın kata cıkmıyordur dendi. Duş küçücük sizle birlikte bütün banyo yıkanıyor çünkü duş kapısının biri havada. Havlu bir takım konmuş, kahve de birer tane. istememize rağmen gönderilmedi. Klozetle de işin bitince sifon için üç harfli çağırır gibi üç kere basman gerekiyor. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Tereyag reçel gibi ürünler Genelde hazır paket ürünlerdi. Erken saatte inmemize rağmen sıcak ürünler soğuk ve görseli çok kötüydü. İlgi alaka da yok herkes suratsızdı.
