O hotel oferece um ótimo café da manhã. O pessoal da recepção sempre foi atencioso às nossas solicitações. A localização é satisfatória para quem está de carro, mas o problema que encontramos desde a primeira pousada (mudamos duas vezes)foi a questão do estacionamento. Aparece no booking que há estacionamento e, quando chegávamos, não era bem assim. Havia pouquíssimas vagas, ROTATIVAS! O que de negativo vimos no Hotel Conde foi a cama, com colchão muito desconfortável, paredes do quarto e do banheiro com umidade significativa e sem ventilação natural em ambos os ambientes. Acesso à Internet bem positiva tb!

Limpeza precária

O hotel é uma graça, bem decorado, atendimento muito bom. Fiquei em um dos melhores quartos na cobertura, a cama é confortável, espaçoso, bem decorado. O café da manhã é bom, sem grandes variedades, mesmo assim o suficiente para se iniciar o dia. O restaurante só funciona para o café da manhã, não oferece serviço de quarto. O que estraga toda a beleza deste hotel é realmente o serviço de limpeza. Começando pelo piso e vãos do elevador. O piso do hotel é claro e mesmo depois de limpo o porcelanato fica fosco e manchado, isto acontece também no quarto e no banheiro. Em alguns cantos nas juntas da parede tem lodo. A manta (ou cobertor) estava usado, eu pedi para trocar duas vezes, mas trocaram por outras mantas usadas e com mau cheiro. A pia do banheiro não foi lavada enquanto estivemos lá. A camareira entrava para limpar todos os dias, no entanto, talvez fizesse a higienização no vaso sanitário e só. O papel higiênico só era reposto quando pedíamos na recepção, acabou pelo menos duas vezes logo depois do serviço de limpeza. O hotel é bonito, confortável, mas precisam trocar urgente a equipe responsável pela limpeza, porque está prejudicando o que o hotel tem de bom.

A cama era confortável e o chuveiro era ótimo, mas tivemos problemas com a limpeza, o banheiro estava sujo, com um odor forte de urina e a bacia sanitária com urina e a pia entupida e com cabelo. Reportamos a situacao ao Luis, que estava na recepção e este prontamente providenciou um outro quarto. Quanto ao café da manhã, sentimos falta da tapioca.
