Great location very close to the main square, but very quiet. Great communication, and the airport pickup was excellent. Roof terrace was airy and nice in the heat. Breakfast was very nice, with some variations every day. We stayed for 3 nights.

The location is tremendous. Staff very friendly and helpful. The main square is probably less than 100 yards around a couple corners. There is a good local restaurant right next door called Koko. There is service on first floor, but the main dining is downstairs in a very atmospheric cellar. Food was solid and service good. Very reasonable as well.

We got the apartment with 4 beds at the top, it is quite a hike upstairs so make sure you are going up just to end the day and not back and for, otherwise is a beautiful, clean and with very attentive staff. Breakfast was good.

It’s a charming modern place in an old historic building just a minute walk from main square. The location is amazing! Rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a small quiet rooftop terrace with a view of St. Mary’s Basilica and Wawel Castle. We loved this place!

The nightclub immediately adjacent is loud, with booming bass all afternoon and night, if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice. The units need to be updated, especially the run down, dirty fabric chairs. The location is excellent, easy to get everywhere in old town and walkable to the train station. The staff is friendly. The breakfast looked just OK, and wasn’t free as I presumed so I ate elsewhere.

Nice place small rooms in the biggest problem you cannot drive a car to unload your stuff in restricted zone. You’re either take a taxi or grab it yourself and go for quite a while. This hotel does not even have a parking outside for a car. The location is nice close very nice people in the staff was very very helpful.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, adjacent to all main attractions. My room was great, a recent remodel, logical and practical layout, one exposed brick and stone wall and a log ceiling. The back of the hotel is organized around a courtyard, the courtyard is nice, but it is the only view you get there. All in all, I loved it and I would love to stay longer if my schedule permitted.
