It is a old hotel, so the rooms are very basic. No proper areas to charge your phone (a bit outdated, doesnt have usb to charge phones). It is good for the price, but it is a bit noisy due to the street and bathroom make some noises as well.

Desta vez, a estadia não foi das melhores, mesmo sendo um cliente frequente do hotel. 1. Tentei fazer check in mais cedo, mesmo com a possibilidade de pagar meia. Mônica, se não me engano, disse que não tinha apartamento disponível. Fui tomar café e voltei dizendo se havia algum disponível. Nada. Voltei às 13h, nada. Enfim, às 14h, entrei no quarto. 2. internet do 1703 não funcionou em nenhum momento. 3. às 11h do último dia, fui acordado pela camareira dizendo que iria mostrar o quarto para alguém. Esse alguém disse que tinha gente. Levantei-me e fui até a porta. Disse q deveria ter colocado a placa de "não pertube". Oi? Como assim? Enfim, avisei que sairia às 12h, horário do checkout.

O hotel é interessante, não é moderno, é no estilo clássico, pois o prédio é antigo. No entanto, nos serviu bem para uma boa noite de sono. Dormimos bem, no entanto não possui janela antirruído. Hotel limpo, quartos e banheiros grandes. O excepcional é o café da manhã que é muito bom. Pedimos pra trocar nosso quarto que havia carpete para sem carpete e imediatamente fomos atendidos.

O hotel é bem localizado, gostamos muito da região, o quarto era limpo e conservado, única coisa que acho que deveria melhorar é que ficamos na suíte com varanda e hidromassagem, e não haviam roupões de banho, somente toalhas, e ferro de passar não vão ao quarto, você precisa descer até o térreo com a sua roupa pra passar, pois ficam numa sala junto da tábua de passar, achei horroroso e inconveniente ter que descer pra passar roupa. No mais, foi uma experiência bem agradável!
