A happy little accident!

I wasn't orignally planning to stay in Chiusa, but it was certainly a welcome accident. The staff was very kind, and the restaurant was super convenient after a few hours on the road and checking in. The breakfast bar was extensive and the late night bar/wine offerings were also superb!

This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!

Perfect hotel in a charming village

The hotel could not have been more charming and yet with all the modern conveniences and decor. The restaurant was great for dinner and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise in that it went beyond the typical continental fare. Don’t miss the fresh orange juice machine!

I don't think that many Americans get to Chiusa, our Italian is not great and I know a little German, but we felt a little uncomfortable at times, mainly during dinner, otherwise, the place is amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever seen.

작은 마을의 아담한 분위기가 있는 골목 내부에 위치한 아주 modern한 숙소입니다. 차를 주차하고 20-30미터 정도 가방을 가지고 골목길로 이동해야 하는 점이 가장 큰 단점이었지만, 시설의 청결도, 직원의 친절도, 조식 등등 모든 것이 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 객실에 냉장고가 없어 당황했는데, 큰 bucket에 얼음을 담아주어 시원한 음료를 마실 수 있도록 배려해 주었습니다.

El personal en general todos muy amables desde el check in hasta la salida, Simon nos recibió con una amabilidad exagerada que nos hizo sentir seguros y confortables, definitivamente lo remiendo al 100%. Su ubicación para ir a los teleféricos está a 20 minutos muy cercas.
