The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is free public transportation available to go around the city if you register with the hotel. Inside the hotel is modern and clean, the room was a good size with plenty of places to put things, and I found it one of the quieter hotels I've stayed in. I had a friendly welcome and reception is always manned and staff helpful. Located a short walk from a tram stop to Hauptbahnhof or Belvedere (route O), or U-bahn to the Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz/Oper, Stephansplatz (U1) the location is convenient, although didn't feel like the best of areas, especially at night. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Vienna.
