Was a good simple place. A lot of the stuff closes unless you are in peak season but was still really good. Good value for sure bed was a bit hard and air con didn’t work but apart from that really nice

Hi. We just had the most bad experience with this hotel. First of all when we say we book with Expedia , they give us bad look and I think they don’t like you guys at all. We had to pay for internet, they had no shampoo and conditioner, no soap ، no salt,no dish soap, there bathroom smells so bad , you couldn’t even take a shower, If you wanted to go to the beach you had to buy towels or rent from them. Anyway it was the worst hotel ever. Was not happy at all. We are dealing with Expedia over 15 years. And it’s not fair. We also have another complaint when we were renting our car in Italy, normally when we pay with American Express our car automatically has insured, but they took $450 Eu extra for Insuranc and they have to return that to us. Today we just got another hotel from you and when we came they have no elevator and they give us 3th floor with so many stairs. My husband has a disability issues and it was so hard until we came upstairs. Anyway we were very disappointed with all this booking.

Kan varmt anbefales. Vi har booket en one bedroom apartment pga fejl, vores værelse blev opgraderet til en familie værelse (room 825) som er super lækkert med 2 store toilet og 2 store soveværelse med rigtig god dobbeltseng, og 2 altaner. Selve seng er behagelig at sove i. Aircondition virkelig god , som vi oftes slukker om natten ☺️. Poolen er også stort med masser af solseng. Personalet er også meget venlige og flinke. Hotellet er tæt på alt også selve stranden som man kan gå i ca 10min. Det eneste som trak lidt ned var morgenmad buffet, men vi skal i tilbage til dette hotel når vi skal til alanya igen . 10/10 herfra

Vi kommer dessverre ikke til å bo her igjen. Hotellet er svært lytt, og man hører både møbler som flyttes og støy fra naborommene. Bassengområdet er veldig bråkete, og den velkjente «solsengemafiaen» er på plass tidlig hver morgen, så det er vanskelig å få en ledig solseng senere. Hotellet tar betalt for ting som ofte er inkludert andre steder, blant annet internett. Prisene på mat, drikke og varer i butikkene på hotellområdet er dessuten betydelig høyere enn på restaurantene og butikkene rett utenfor hotellet. Servicen er veldig varierende. Noen ansatte er hyggelige og hjelpsomme, mens andre virker uinteresserte og mangler grunnleggende serviceinnstilling. Det eneste som virkelig fortjener ros, er renholdspersonalet. De er alltid blide, vennlige og gjør en fantastisk jobb. Alt i alt opplevde vi at hotellet ikke ga valuta for pengene, og vi kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet igjen.

Kommer tilbake til Sidar igjen i år siden helheten her er bra med bassengområder, sklier og beliggenhet. Renholdet på fellesarealer er bra, men dem kunne gjerne lagt litt mer energi i renholdet av rommene, her var det ikke mer enn akkurat det som var nødvendig.. Men totalen gjør at vi kommer tilbake igjen neste år også :)
