Check in was very fast and staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. There’s a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Didn’t use the bar, the food in the restaurant is very good and friendly staff.

All was okay but the "breakfast in a bag" was less than exciting in place of a continental breakfast offered by similar hotels. That being said, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall all went well.

Carly at the front desk is very friendly and professional. She remembered us from when we stayed last year. The room was clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The pol and gym were nice to use. Good equipment in the gym and the although we didn't use the pool it looked nice. The location was perfect for us as it was close to family and restaurants and some shopping. We'll be back next year. Thank you.

6/10 Good

We checked into our hotel room to find the television not working. After several very helpful staff attempted to fix it, we were given another room. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The website states that there is a free breakfast. The breakfast was a bagged breakfast with an egg/bacon sandwich, fruit, juice and yogurt (although one bag was missing the yogurt). After havbing stayed at the Camrose Canalta last month, we were expecting something very different and were disappointed with this version of the 'free breakfast'.

We stayed in town for an event and the Canalta was perfect for our needs. The pool was a bonus for kids, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. We are twice at the Town Pump restaurant located in the building and portions were huge and filling each time.
