Hospedagem precária

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e custo benefício mas em compensação a área comum a todos têm aspecto sujo. O quarto é bem apertado, ar condicionado não gela como deveria, de manhã quando o sol bate não da vazão, o banheiro é bem pequeno e os azulejos possuem em seus rejuntes crostas pretas o que dá muito nojo ao encostar e fora o mal cheiro de esgoto que vem pelo ralo. O café da manhã tem variedade porém a qualidade dos produtos não são das melhores e quando acaba algum item demora muito para reposição. Maceió é um lugar lindo, a praia de Pajuçara é uma das aos badaladas... Minha viagem foi ótima, infelizmente o hotel deixou a desejar.

O hotel é muito diferente do que é anunciado no site Hoteis.com. As condições gerais são muito precárias, o hotel é decadente, o que se observa desde a pintura das paredes até a internet que é muito ruim. O hotel é caro pelo que é oferecido.

Ao pior quarto que tinha no hotel foi nos oferecido: cama ruim, sujo, pequeno, muito apertado, janela para um paredão, outra janela no corredor para um matagal, no segundo andar, um horror, era quarto bem de fundo. Tive que pagar uma diferença e exigir um quarto digno. Aí sim, quarto maravilhoso, frente mar, janelões, arrejado, muito bom. Por este motivo siceramente deveria receber por parte de vcs uma diária num hotel digno de uma família de férias.

Hotel com uma estrutura muito antiga e extremamente caro em relação a outros que já fiquei com qualidade muito superior. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo. O café da manhã é muito variado porém os alimentos são TODOS velhos. Pães e bolos duros durante os 3 dias que fiquei. Os mesmos, até mesmo os novos pareciam velhos. O local não é muito centralizado mas é bom. Tive que fazer upgrade do meu apartamento para ficar em frente à praia. Ficou mais caro ainda.

hotel no inicio da orla, sem barzinhos e restaurantes proximos, elevadores antigos com barulho grande nas paradas, internet não pega nos quartos, foi horrivel, precisava de internet e somente no terreo do hotel tinha um computador que tambem era dificil a conexão.
