Overall the hotel and staff were really good, the room spacious and the restaurant and breakfast were both great. The only issue I had was with the bed that was too soft and the sheets had some stains on them, but they were clean. I'd stay there again.

This hotel was great. It’s located conveniently close to the airport. A few mins drive via airport shuttle. The shuttle runs every 20 mins. The hotel room was simple but more amenities on first floor. Breakfast was simple. They let u check in when room is available. You don’t have to wait till 2 pm.

This is a good hotel, if you need to be close to the GIG airport. They provide an efficient and free shuttle service. Bar and restaurant have overlapping schedules so one or the other is open at any given time. Staff were patient and helpful with my lack of skill with conversational Portuguese. This hotel has 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is the main attraction for us, who arrive late to the airport. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is good as well. The only downside is the bed. It only has a thin sheet to cover. The bed blanket is in the closet and is very dirty with some stinks. Overall, if you are just going there to catch up an airplanes, it is a great choice. I would rate this hotel a 4.5

I had a recent stay at this hotel. It was only a short day as I was flying out early the next morning. So I did not get to experience the entire hotel. The hotel room was clean and needs. The staff are friendly. The general common areas aside from reception were quite humid, so I don’t expect there’s air-conditioning throughout. Same with our room. Although it did cool down rather quickly. I had to leave early in the morning so could only partake in the basic breakfast. It was a bit disappointing. There was bread that was left out so a bit stale yogurt, granola and cereal options. And some fresh fruit. But just the quality was not there. I’m not sure what the full breakfast was like it might’ve been better. I was not able to experience the pool, but it did look lovely.
