This is a great option for a change from a hotel. About 5 minute walk to the river or the main tourist area. But in a peaceful residential area. The hosts are very welcoming and prepare a delicious breakfast.

Very professional and caring host. The B&B is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. It is an excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls. If I go there again, I will definitely book a room there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

First of all, the place was nice and clean. Our hosts were accomodating and friendly. The location was amazing. We could walk to the attractions on the Canada side as well cross the border easily by foot to the US side. Of course the Falls were breathtaking.

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast as we typically.stay in hotels but we were so glad we tried a BNB. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay! Its fairly convenient for walking and also for use of the WEGO line. If we ever make it back up this way we would definitely stay here again!

It is a pleasant walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. You can enjoy all the attractions while still having a calm, quiet place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's B&B. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of both the Falls and Clifton Hill, which made it very convenient for us. It truly felt like a home away from home. Alice and Jackie were incredibly kind and welcoming. They showed us around, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned that it was our anniversary, they put in extra effort to make the day memorable for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. We would absolutely love to stay here again and again, and highly recommend Susan's B&B to anyone visiting the area!
