Had a good experience at the hotel with the personalised food and general cleanliness. Housekeeping staff, Pratik Awadan had done a marvelous job of jeeping the bathroom and all it’s fixtures sparkling. However, the management should take a call on the mesh curtains to be changed. They are soiled and withering.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality. A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.
