Pousada muito suja e ruim. Não recomendo para ninguém ficar lá, pois é um descaso com os hospedes.

Pousada muito suja e descaso com o cliente

A pousa é muito suja, não vale apena o custo beneficio (pois tem pousadas com valores parecidos próximo a esta que são limpas). Fiquei num quarto sem janelas e com uma infestação de baratas. Reclamei e pedi para trocar de quarto, (pois é impossível passar as férias com baratas no quarto) mas a responsável pela pousada não fez nada a respeito. O banheiro dos quartos tinham cheio forte de esgoto. Fiquei muito decepciona com esta pousada, pois paguei caro e fiquei muito mal acomodada. Não recomento para ninguém este lugar.

O hotel utilizou de propaganda enganosa, quanto ao espaço. Limpeza deficiente, sem recepcionista, mal cheiro, café em espaço inadequado, reforma em meio a nossa hospedagem. Muito péssimo. Não recomendo. A única vantagem é a localização!!!

DESCASO TOTAL - NÃO RESERVE

Simplesmente reservei com 10 dias de antecedência foi descontado do meu cartão e quando cheguei meu nome não estava na lista da pousada detalhe não tinha recepcionista a faxineira que me atendeu. Eu pedi pra ela entrar em contato com a responsável. Por telefone a dona da pousada afirmou que sabia que eu tinha pago e pediu para a faxineira me levar em uma outra "pousada" nos fundos de uma casa um quarto todo mofado minha esposa não conseguia respirar ficamos 1 noite não indico nem para o meu pior inimigo.... (ESSA POUSADA FAZ A RESERVA MESMO SEM TER QUARTOS DISPONÍVEIS )
