2/10 Poor

We found a Crack pipe in our hotel room and the manager refused our refund despite the fact that we didnt stay in this disgusting hotel and had to stay somewhere else. There were no towels, no soap, no extra linens in the room. There was a strong odor when you walked in and the entire place felt unsafe. The owners are liars and hotel.com is useless and refused to actually help us with a refund
