Clean room and friendly staff, overall good experience

The room was clean nice bed and sheets towels were clean and of quality for this price range motel. I did not use kitchen except for fridge. The supplied utensils and pots and pans plates and such were old and well used mismatched but would get the job done. Staff at check in were pleasant and fast. They offered daily cleaning but I was just one person and did not need it. Outside pool was clean and had a good swim. I would stay again for a good night sleep at an economical price.

amazing location by the Okanagan lake. the pool is small but good enough for enjoying with the kids. Kitchenette was useful to cook breakfast in the mornings (no exhaust though). Ample plates, cups, bowls, cooking pots, pans were available. Issues: - Washroom did not have an exhaust so it would get very stuffy after use in the morning. - the staff are not the friendliest. They are not rude but a little more smiling would be good. Overall, good experience and i would stay there again.

6/10 Good

It’s what you would expect for a cheaper motel. Not horrible at all. The bathroom we found could have been cleaner like the shower curtain was quite yellow and dirty, but again, it’s what you would expect. The pool was a lot of fun and the linens were clean and fresh. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. We would not stay again based on that as we have asthmatics in our family.

Great stay! Awesome location for my family - walking distance to everything we needed (the beach, LocoLanding, Coyote Cruises, and all the restaurants and ice cream shops). Would consider staying here again! We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool because the weather was a bit rainy, but hopefully next time! Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We even caught their Customer Appreciation Summer BBQ which was all complimentary from the motel.

The motel was very clean and the pool and outside area was also pristine. There are lots of chairs and loungers and tables available. We had beautiful sunshine and enjoyed our time by the pool. The motel is very close to the beach and to various restaurants.
