Odalar temizdi. İşletmeci bey çok ilgiliydi. Bahçede oturma alanlarında arkadaşlarımızla sohbet ederken çay, kahve ikram ediyor. Aracımızı otelin önüne bıraktıktan sonra sur içinde bulunan gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Bir geceliğine kaldık. Yönetici Cavit bey çok sempatik ve insan olarak çok değerli ve yönetici olarak çok yardımcı oluyor ve hizmetkar. Diğer personelde aynı şekilde ve çok memnun kaldık. Konuma ulaşmak birazcık zor gibi, bunun sebebide Sur içi bölgesi komple yenilendiği içindir. Herşey çok temizdi fakat donanım anlamında bir iki durum eksikti, örneğin Fön. Yeni hizmet verildiği için çok az bir tecrübe gerekiyor. Onun haricinde sorunsuz, güvenilir ve hoş bir ortam vardi. Herşey için teşekkürler Cihat bey. Memnun kaldık.

Diyarbakır’a ilk gelişim ve butik otel konusunda bazı tereddütlerim vardı. Ama otelde kalınca bütün tereddütlerim gitti ve iyi ki zincir otelde kalmamışım dedim. Öncelikle personel çok yardımcı sağolsunlar, müşteri gibi değil, misafir hatta aile dostu gibi hissediyorsunuz kendinizi. Odalar gayet temiz ve kullanışlı, mekan ve malzemeler yeni, klimalar gayet verimli çalışıyor. Otelin bulunduğu muhit yeni inşa edilmiş konak tarzı yapılardan oluşuyor, gayet sakin ve ulaşımı kolay. Diyarbakır’ın tüm turistik mekanlarına da yürüyüş mesafesinde. Bir daha yolum düşerse, yine tercihim olacak.
