La razón principal y el diferencial al elegir el hotel en esta época de mucho frío fue la piscina climatizada, pero el agua estaba tibia tirando a fría y la razón dada por el personal no nos satisfizo y no la pude usar, eso fue sobre última hora tipo 16.00 hs ya que increíblemente tiene un horario de 9 a 17 hs (me he alojado en varios hoteles y el horario es hasta la noche) a mi hijo le dijeron que en la mañana el agua estaría caliente y fue ayer a las 10 hs antes del desayuno y la misma estaba templada como antes. Estando en el hall del hotel escuche varias quejas de otros huéspedes al respecto. Cuando uno reserva por acá solo ve las fotos y se da por entendido que si ve una piscina cerrada y estamos a 10 de julio la misma debería estar con una temperatura acorde para poder disfrutarla y lamentablemente nos quedamos con las ganas...

Uma triste experiência

Sou uma pessoa que não gosto de reclamar prefiro elogiar 10 vezes do que reclamar. Esses anos todos é a primeira vez que reclamo nesse canal. Começa pela recepção fizemos uma reserva um quarto casal e uma cama solteiro quando chegamos no quarto só a cama de casal resumindo minha filha dormiu na cama pois o atendente disse que estava sozinho no quarto e poderia colocar uma cama extra somente no outro dia. Isso é de menos o hotel fica encima de um bar barulho de música até duas da manhã impossível de dormir. O café da manhã é bom mas apenas uma pessoa para atender,marcar e repor a comida você tem que ficar esperando ela repor e quando vai pedir ela diz só um momento estou sozinha. O quarto não foi limpo todos os dias no terceiro dia tive que pedir papel higiênico pois acabou. Olha sinceramente não recomendo a não ser que não tenha mais opção.
