Poor standard, not recomended

We ordered a romm with breakfast, but when we arrived, there were no breakfast avsilable. The rooms reminded more about a prison cell and the staff could not english. The receptionist communicated via Google translate and gave directly wrong information about an excursion to Etna. Between the rooms ii was poorly isolated and you could here every movement from the room breide. The elevator has an aircondition outside/over the door on the 1. floor which leaks water into your neck when you are stepping out.
