Great small hotel

The hotel was a good night stay. The food in the bar/ restaurant was great. The only thing was it didn’t do breakfast, they is a really nice cafe across the road that make a great breakfast. Rooms were well spacious and had been nicely decorated I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and manager Dave were really friendly and chatty went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We did not eat there as we were visiting family and had our meals with them. I would certainly recommend the Broadoak to anyone. Thank you for a lovely experience Ber & Maura

Very good value for money. Staff were very nice. Checked in early. We walked down to the tram in Ashton and took the tram to the City game (25 mins). Made it very easy. Room condition was good and spacious.
