It was not good. Room was smelly and hot. AC was not working

I didn’t go inside. The outside needed maintenance and made me wary of staying by myself when i had another option. Windows boarded up. Major paint and repairs needed. The excellent rating is why i booked it but it didn’t appear to be on that level of excellence. To be fair, inside may have been very clean and maintained. But i doubt it. There were several cars there so people were staying there.
