I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travellers or anyone unfamiliar with the area.
We arrived late at night as a couple, and even the walk from the station to the hotel felt very uncomfortable. There were drunk people around, including someone who approached and bothered us, and the area felt unsafe and unsettling.
The most serious issue happened at check-in. We were given a key card and a room number, but when we opened the door, there were already guests inside the room relaxing. Both we and the other guests were shocked. Thankfully, they were calm and understanding, but this could have become a very serious situation. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly quite disturbing.
After returning to reception, we were given another room. However, the room itself was also disappointing. We booked for two people, but there was only one towel. The shower holder was broken, so we had to hold the shower by hand the entire time. The bathtub and sink looked very old, poorly maintained, and not properly clean.
Overall, this was far from a comfortable stay. Between the unsafe feeling around the hotel, the serious room key mistake, and the poor condition of the room, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
