Muy limpio y recien reformado, zona cerca de San marco para ir caminando , muy buena ubicación cerca de todo. Lo que deverian cambiar son los techos de las habitacion que lo dejaron con el toque antiguo pero estan en mal estado.

We arrived at the Ca Maria by water taxi right to the canal door and were helped to our room. A short and smooth check in, bottle of prosecco in our room and a beautiful canal view. The beds were very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Our hotel room was not only clean, very pretty, and located on a corner. The room was wonderful! It had large windows that let the sun in. It was on the corner, so we had gondoliers come from both directions. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was the masterpiece. It was spacious, modern, very pretty, and well lit. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Only piece of advice, take the number 1 water taxi if you are coming from the train station. It gets you so close to the hotel.

We loved staying here! Great location and close to St Marks and Doge’s Palace. Lots of restaurant and shopping options steps away from the door. The room felt very luxurious with purple velvet walls and the bathroom was beautifully done. It was fun to look out the windows and see all of the gondolas passing by. Staff and owners were super helpful as well! You won’t be disappointed, definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Felt like we were living in a beautiful, comfortable apartment right in the middle of Venice. Staff unobtrusive but very helpful. Room clean and beautiful, overlooked the canal right behind the famed Fenice theater. Easy to get to from vaporetto and walking distance to all the sights of central Venice including Rialto and S Marco. We would stay again!

This was such a gem of a find! The hotel is hidden away on a side street, very private and quiet. The property is tiny - only a handful of rooms and ours was roomy and comfortable with a modern bathroom and shower. The room key is a key fob to get in the main entrance, and then a traditional key to lock/unlock the room door. There are no amenities on site although they do have water/ice available, which was fine with us but the staff was friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and providing recommendations. They have a private water door for taxi pick-up which is not cheap but convenient if you don't want to lug your bags through the streets. The location is fantastic and we found it very convenient to pop in and out of the room throughout the day. I would definitely stay here again!!

Ah, Venice. Great Hotel!

Lovely little spot tucked into an out of the way corner near all the big sites. We loved our room, the staff, and the location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful room, great location and the bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Only 2 issues … the curtains didn’t fully close so let some light in and there was a 300 euro security deposit that we wasn’t aware of - however this apparently has been added to their bookings now . Overall would 100% stay there again

Nicely decorated & upgraded room with a view!

Everything was very nice. I loved the canal view from my room. I highly recommend this place it’s in a really nice area and centrally located. It was nice and quiet. Glad I didn’t stay in Marks Square. This was a much better area. I would stay again if I return!

Absolutely wonderful property. We were fortunate enough to book a room with a Juliet balcony. One afternoon with a bottle of Prosecco that they gave us. We stood there and waved a couple hundred gondolas going by such a treat.

The concierge was very helpful. Easy to get into even though we came after reception closed. Had no problems communicating with the staff. Walls are a bit thin but that’s to be expected for an old building. Hotel was recently updated(3 years ago) AC worked great!

Wonderful spot!

Trying to figure out just where to stay in Venice is a challenge. Ca Maria Callas is in an ideal location. Super short walk to St. Mark's Square. Super short walk to the Rialto Bridge. The hotel provides excellent communication, and is VERY prompt in returning all inquiries related to your stay. For late night arrivals, everything is seamless - from arranging the water taxi, to providing clear instructions for check-in, it's a breeze for the weary traveler! I ADORED the view from the room - perfect! It's at a canal "intersection", so watching the gondolas and work boats from the small balcony is mesmerizing! You're behind Theater La Fenice - a must-see! Above all, the room is clean and so comfortable. It's your haven and respite from sightseeing and the bustle of the city. I absolutely recommend Ca Maria Callas.

A Perfect Stay in Venice

From the moment we booked, the team at Ca’ Maria Callas were incredibly organised and helpful – even arranging a smooth water taxi transfer for us from the train station ahead of our arrival. Check-in was simple and efficient, and the hotel itself felt very safe and secure, which was reassuring. We chose a canal view balcony room (because when in Venice…!) and it was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning – with beautiful décor, the constant buzz of canal life, and that unmistakable Venetian charm. I felt completely immersed in the magic of the city from the moment we stepped in. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern comforts. The air conditioning was genuinely excellent – a real lifesaver in the summer heat! There is a steamer in the room and also a British adaptor. Although reception isn’t 24/7, they’re just a message away on WhatsApp and incredibly responsive. They happily arranged our water taxi to the airport, and the taxi company they use is reliable, prompt, and friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel – it felt like the perfect base for Venice, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return.

Magnifico hotelito con encanto junto a un canal

Lo bueno: Hotelito familiar de 10 habitaciones en un edificio historico junto a un canal frente a la Fenice. Habitacion recien reformada, amplia, muy bonita con muebles clácicos. Baño amplio y moderno también nuevo. Cama amplia con colchon algo duro. Calefaccion potente. Agua caliente abundante. Muy limpio. Personal muy amable. Wifi potente. TV plana con netflix. Muy bien situado en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa a 10 minutos andando de S. Marcos. Magnifica relación calidad-precio. Lo malo: el hotel está muy escondido, difícil de encontrar, el portal estaba en obras y la primera impresion no fue buena, desayuno algo escaso, faltan algunos detalles pero en conjunto no puedo poner ninguna pega importante.

Excelente estadía!!!! Impecable en inmejorable atención y dedicación por parte del personal para que uno se sienta cómodo y a gusto. Destacó además la preocupación y dedicación que toman para que uno llegue al lugar sin problemas. Correcto imagínate la explicación ya que siendo las 23hs y leyendo el maillot uno accede perfectamente al hotel. Dejan todo preparado para que uno ingresé sin problema alguno. Recomiendo 100% este hotel sin dudas!!! Su ubicación, inmejorable!!!!! Volvería sin dudarlo!!!!

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY LINDO, MUY BIEN CUIDADO, LA VISTA AL CANAL ES HERMOSA, VES PASAR LAS GONDOLAS, Y ESCUCHAS HASTA TU HABITACIÓN LAS CANCIONES QUE CANTAN EN ELLAS, ES UN SUEÑO. LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL EXCELENTE MUY AMABLES, CON MUY LINDA ACTITUD, LA LIMPIEZA EXCELENTE Y LAS INSTALACIONES SE VEN QUE ESTÁN NUEVAS. SE LOS RECOMIENDO AMPLIA MENTE.

El perfecto lugar en Venecia

El hotel es un apartamento arrgeglado, lo que quiere decir que solo cuenta con cuatro avitaciones. Por fuera es orrible y nos hicieron esperar media hora afuera, esto fue nuestra culpa porque no avisamos que hibamos a llegar tarde. Pero por dentro el hotel esta bien adornado y las habitaciones son increibles, todas tienen vista al rio, que por suerte pasan las gondolas por un lado y cantando. El hotel te da una vista mas intima de Venecia. Yo si regresaria. Este hotel no es de lujo, este hotel es para vivir venecia mas intimamente
