6/10 Good

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. However, service needs improving. Empty soap bottle in the bathroom, a defensive waiter in the restaurant when we complained about lack of food in the buffet, etc...

Great hotel with wonderful staff!

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was even MORE fabulous! I was there on Oct 10 during the missile strikes. Although their city, friends, family and themselves were in danger, the staff was calm, helpful and Ukrainian-Strong. My thoughts, actions, heart and soul are with the Ukrainian people! Слава Україні!

4/10 Fair

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working.

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful old property, very tastefully and appropriately refurbished. The lobby and stairs are lovely. Room was small but nicely furnished. Great shower. Very quiet bathroom extraction fan. Interesting toilet with a selection of washes ! Staff were without exception friendly, helpful and polite. All requests were handled efficiently and with grace and good manners. Lviv is a beautiful , safe city and lovely even in November. We really enjoyed our stay.
