2/10
We were initially given a family room in the main block, but unfortunately, the hallway and the room had a strong odor of trash. There were also bags of garbage and cardboard boxes left in the hallway, which we felt posed a potential fire hazard. The room itself was not clean—the carpet was dirty, and we even found trash and lizard droppings on the walls. The bathtub had broken stone edges, making the room feel far from family-friendly.
After raising these concerns with the reception, we were moved to a room in the newer block, which was noticeably better and cleaner.
However, during breakfast, we were served lukewarm soup noodles. When we pointed out that the soup in the pot was barely warm—a concern from a food safety perspective—the staff simply reheated our bowls in the microwave rather than addressing the issue at the source.
