I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…

L'hôtel Brajas mérite une rénovation de A à Z. Les couloir sentent le pétrole.La chambre est pleine de moustiques. Les draps avait des tâches de sang et les serviettes pleine des tâches. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas.L'eau ne fonctionnait pas et souvent il fallait appeler l'accueil . Le robinet ne coulait pas correctement. Il y a beaucoup de bruits de voisinage le matin et aussi dans la nuit. J'avais réservé 7 nuits à l'hôtel Brajas mais on a préféré partir dès le deuxième jour. Merci à la dame de l'accueil (avec les lunettes) car elle était serviable malgré notre cours séjour.

Ingen internettilgang, så undertegnede måtte bruke wi-fi fra den kinesiske restauranten over gata. Flott utsikt fra mitt hotellrom utover byen. Vanntilgangen også veldig varierende. Hjelper lite med fint badekar, når det ikke kommer vann..

Personal super - Hotel naja

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Eine Internet verbindung gibt es nur bedingt (mann muss den Repeater an der Rezeption und bekommt ihn, wenn man glück hat, zwischen 16h und 9h). Es gibt sehr viele Stufen. Alkohol wird nicht im Restaurant sondern NUR an der Bar serviert. Die Spülung der Toilette lief den ganzen Aufenthalt. Ein Reparatur war nicht möglich. Ich hätte normalerweise das Hotel gewechselt. Hatte aber leider das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt und als nicht stornierbar gebucht. Ein Fehler!

I like most things about my stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, extras are reasonably priced and I will stay there again in the future. I think staff should inform customers when they book in that larger deluxe rooms are available at extra cost. My room was small so I would have paid for an upgrade had I known.

problème de climatisation non réparer Du changer d hôtel vu que la chambre avait réservation en priorité je fut loger dans un autre hôtel a leur fris bien sur mais loin d avoir toute les atout de la chambre frigo , balcon , baignoire et pleine chaine télé, le pti déjeuner était moins cher ainsi que les taxes je fut déclasser alors que j avais déjà tout payer d'avance, je en trouve pas cela normal trop chère pour la prestation de cette hôtel veillissant
