Only hiccup was they deducted various amounts from people's cards which was confusing but it was eventually sorted. Excellent location as you could just walk into the station from the hotel which gave you access to the metro and trains. Would definitely stay again

We arrived late at night from the Eurostar and the hotel is a very short walk from the terminal - no need to even leave the station. Very comfortable hotel with efficient friendly staff. Not the nicest part of town but centre accessible by metro - or about 25 min walk

Great location if you need to be close to the train station. You're right there! It's a 20 minute walk to the start of the restaurant area. If you wish to be right in the action of Brussels, this hotel is not it. Hotel is modern, room comfortable & great breakfast buffet.

Our accommodation was average but location very convenient which worked for our short stay. The room had no USB for phone charging so had to use our own plugs which were limited. The washroom slide door was very difficult to open and close (stiff on slides). My wife could not open or close it.Otherwise this place ticked all the boxes for our short visit.
