2/10 Poor

Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!
