10/10 Exceptional

The staff, especially Antonella, was AMAZING. Her attention to her guests comfort and concerns were outstanding. The property itself is a throw back in time. So 1950’s original retro vibe. Honestly, really cool. I was waiting for a Frank Sinatra impressionists to start singing. It’s a quick car trip to the Bari airport.

I would like to say the staff were very helpful and always willing to help with our inquiries. Having said that. The location is very far away from everything. There are no restaurants in the area and you will need a taxi to get anywhere you want to go. You will spend a lot of money on cabs as I did. There is basically no restaurants in the hotel for food or any other service. What they do provide from the kitchen like water and juice is very expensive. The breakfast they provide is very poor and really just bread and jam with small all other food items. Was not happy with that. There is coffee but they did run out of milk. There is a pool they provide but it’s at a golf course about 3 kms away. The advertisement of a pool is very deceiving which I will complain about to Hotels.com as being a feature here. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel for tourists who are on vacation going to Bari and looking for tour Puglia. If you don’t have a car this hotel is not for you. You are out in the middle of I highway with absolutely nothing around you. There is no wifi in your room and is only provided in the Lobby which has a very weak reception. In closing the staff are very kind and amazing I must say but unfortunately the location here is extremely poor. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
