The hotel is very well located, which is definitely a positive point. However, in my opinion, it does not live up to the standards expected of a 4 star hotel. The carpet in the corridors is very dirty and urgently needs to be replaced. The room and bathroom also need significant refurbishment, as their overall condition is not up to the standard of a 4 star property. Finally, the mattress is far too soft and quite uncomfortable. It feels as though it has reached the end of its lifespan and should be replaced. Overall, the location is excellent, but the general condition of the hotel and the quality of the bedding do not meet the standards expected of a 4 star hotel. Considering the price paid, I expected a significantly higher level of comfort, maintenance, and overall quality.

Perfect hotel if you like non-stop partying from 6pm until 5am. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors talk, and the younger guests next to us hollared all the time. We wanted to check out on day 20 of our 27 days, but the hotel wouldn't work with us at all. We had used up all our patience, so we checked out early anyway and didn't get a refund.. The dining and bar staff were very friendly! Orbitz did give us 300 Orbucks to use, which was nice. If you are over 30, I wouldn't recommend staying there!

Just like the photos

Our trip was short but it was well worth it. The room looked just as the photos; we weren’t looking for ultimate comfort as we planned to be out and about most of the time. The only “complaint” I would have is when we would walk into the room it was a weird smell; something like a hint of a moldy smell which I’d think would come from the humidity of the beach and the ac maybe. I’m not completely sure but it did make my jeans jacket that stayed in the room smell awful once it was time to pack. Honestly though that is such a small thing compared to the atmosphere, good breakfast, amazing rooftop pool and bar area and the absolutely Stunning view… & let’s not forget the Amazing staff. Truly was a delight and plan to be back soon :) thanks for an amazing weekendz

Réservation de dernière minute pour retour de congés car sur la route du retour d aéroport. Arrivée 4h30. Compte tenu du Check out pour 10h et du peu de temps passé dans la chambre nous avons demandé à stationné notre véhicule devant l hôtel ( situé en hyper centre sans place de stationnement a proximité) ce qui nous a été accepté pr le réceptionniste. 9h15 appel dans la chambre pour nous avertir que la grue est là pour enlever notre voiture. Je descends étant prêt à partir et apprends par la police que le responsable de l hôtel les a appelé pour faire enlever le véhicule !!!! Du coup enlèvement annulé mais amende de 100€! Merci à ce responsable pour son sens de l’accueil et de la parole donnée!!! Honteux ! Plus jamais dans cet hôtel certes propre mais très mal isolé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans votre hôtel, où nous avions réservé trois chambres. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier l’ensemble de l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Le personnel de la réception a été très agréable et disponible, tout comme les personnes chargées de l’entretien des chambres, toujours souriantes et attentionnées. Nous souhaitons également remercier sincèrement la réception pour la délicate attention faite à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon fils : les chocolats déposés dans sa chambre nous ont beaucoup touchés. C’était vraiment très gentil et nous avons apprécié ce geste. Si nous devions apporter un petit bémol, ce serait concernant les moquettes dans les couloirs des étages. Elles présentent certaines taches visibles et, par moments, quelques odeurs peuvent remonter. Ce n’est évidemment pas un problème lié au travail des femmes de ménage, que j’ai pu voir entretenir les couloirs avec beaucoup de soin et de sérieux. Avec la présence d’animaux dans l’établissement, nous pensons simplement qu’un revêtement comme du parquet, à l’image de celui des chambres, serait peut-être plus facile à entretenir et plus agréable pour tous. Cela reste toutefois une remarque secondaire, car nous avons vraiment passé de belles vacances et gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Encore un grand merci à toute votre équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et vos petites attentions. Nous reviendrons .

Chambre propre et récente, petit déjeuner et dîner très bons, piscine et bar sont sur le roof. Piscine top petite et profonde (pas adapté je trouve aux petits enfants). Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue un lundi soir du mois d'août. Hotel pas directement en bird de mer, dommage.
