The Hotel was fine but lifts were out of order and three floors to climb - no fan or aircon in room and amenities were only OK - having booked in last minute from 5* hotel following cancellation of flight! But staff were helpful - great location on the harbour front with fabulous views, good selection of seafront restaurants and shops. We ate over the road and had a great meal.
