10/10 Exceptional

Staff extremely helpful. WiFi great. Breakfast very good. Room was clean, bed comfortable! AC worked very well. Only disappointment was the gym in the basement, while well equipped, strongly smelled of mold. It’s Rome and the building is constructed on very old foundation.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in when we arrived 2 hours early and arranged a taxi for our departure. Room was comfortable. Breakfast offered many options. Only issue was that we had no hot water when we showered in morning. We didn’t mention anything until check out. Staff said no one else brought it up so they were unaware and thanked us for letting them know. While we waited for our taxi we heard them calling maintenance to report it.

Staff was friendly, the hotel doesn't have too many amenities but lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was decent. Convenient location to the Colosseum, and the train station, but LOTS of street noise.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is very close to Roma Termini. We found it fairly easy to walk to places such as The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Parthenon. Our room was spacious and quiet, and featured a very comfortable king sized bed. The breakfast was very plentiful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.
