My experience at FairBridge was excellent, staff, especially the Front Desk staff Shahad, he was a great help. He answered all my questions and helped us with any issue. My room was nice, neat and clean. My stay here was great, no complaints at all!

I paid $66 for a hotel room with AC, a clean bed, great water pressure, and a fridge and microwave. Plus free breakfast. Was there a huge stain on the curtain? Yes. Was the pool closed? Yes. But $66! I had paid $41 the night before for a camping spot and a shower house. Great cheap hotel option.

The only good thing is the pool was clean. The tub in the bathroom was filthy. There was no phone in the room. In order to get In the pool You have to walk all the way to the front desk and get an Employee to let you in. Loud music playing all Saturday night. The bed linen had stains along with uncomfortable mattresses. The door to our room looked as if it was more than likely broke into. My check-in on Expedia said 3 but I wasn’t able to check in until 4. The pool hours are 12pm-8pm. The halls reeked of marijuana. Employees were smoking weed near back door. The dude at the front desk was ok, but did not try to provide accommodations at check in although my reservation said 3. He told me I would have to pay an early check in fee. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. I had to call in law enforcement to verify my ID and the manager was still hesitant to check me in . However in the end he finally allowed me to check on after 2 hrs and when I finally got to the room the TV had no remote or microwave the coffee pot did not work and the refrigerator was barely cold and missing the knob to adjust temp. The A/C only worked on constant air at 60 degrees for if it shut down it wouldn't start again without unplugging it and waiting 30 to 45 minutes to reset. However the bed was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom and shower though a bit dated and used. It was also fairly quiet so I was able to rest well. Overall I give this place a 5 out of 10 mostly for the inconvenience of not having working ice machines and TV being dated (no smart tv) so whatever Chanel surfing you got. Also could not get a wifi signal anywhere but close to the lobby very dissatisfied customer most likely won't stay again.

The bedroom was clean… that’s it!!! The hall carpet was dirty, no lighting by the elevator… they have a sign by the elevator that if it don’t come down, someone from the front desk will go upstairs to make it come down, otherwise use the steps… The breakfast was a joke… they had 1 coffee pot, 1 jug of orange juice, cereal, bagels and small tangerines… no continental breakfast… the ice machines did not work… the guests had to go to the front desk to get ice… no bath towels sets were in the room… this is the worst hotel that I have stayed at….it has the potential to be a nice place, if they get a complete makeover done and some updates…

The beds were comfortable but the sheets were stained. There was coffee but no cups or coffee pot. The hotel didn’t have any ice machines or vending machines. You could smell marijauna in the hallways. The continental breakfast consists of a coffee urn and some bread and cereal. I felt like I was in the movie The Shining.

The property had a damp smell and wasn’t tidy. A gentleman across the hall stated his room was filthy and he was checking out immediately. The wifi didn't work. My family's ly Andi didn't complete the stay as we were not allowed to use the pool unless we paid $25 per person in cash for a wristband.

Dirty towels left in my room. Trash in the floor as well. My door lock didnt work and the breakfast they offer is a bowl of granola bars and some cereal. Walked outside after checkout to a police officer looking inside of my car. When I asked what he was doing he said he was there to make sure all the cars there were on the hotels list. Front desk was great tho.

The lady at check-in was very rude and unprofessional, a sign at the elevator, saying if the elevator doesn’t work, take the steps to the next floor and ride it from there, website state breakfast buffet, which is very misleading consist of granola bars and a bagel, rooms were filthy and very outdated pool closes at 8 PM so if you’re out doing something you can’t swim after eight, pool is not opening back up till noon the next day and checkout is at 11 AM way too much money for a hotel that needs to be shut down definitely would not recommend or will not stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. They even have a complimentary continental breakfast in the mornings which was a pleasant surprise. The attached restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several dinners as well as drinks there which was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and suggest it to anyone that needs to be in the Cleveland area.

Terrible place. First, no sign that was lit up, so no name, on the building. We weren’t even sure if it was the right place. The counter person was in the back, called out several times until she finally came out to help. No lights by the elevator, which seemed a bit off. The counterperson said she didn’t know how to get the lights on. and you had to go to the first floor to get the elevator. The room was not clean, very poorly lit halls, so we couldn’t stay there. Then when I asked for a refund, (we only had our bags in the room for like 10 mins) the counter person said she didn’t have the authority to do so. The general manager wouldn’t give a refund either. Even though it was only like 10 minutes after we checked in. If there was a negative star I’d give it that.
