10/10 Exceptional

Property is in a lovely setting, with a great view. I found it homely and comfortable and pleasantly quiet surrounded by farmland. Facilities were as described. My only small gripe was having to hold up the toilet seat whilst having a pee! The staff were friendly and relaxed. I will happily stay there again.

The Owners of Wayside B B were very friendly and helpful to me. My only disappointment was that it wasn't as wheelchair accessible as I had thought it would be...

6/10 Good

Was a bit concerned when I arrived a couple of minutes before my estimated arrival time to find the owners were just about to leave as they had forgotten I was due. However after that check in was quick & easy. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. I was told on arrival I was the only person staying that night so was a little surprised that someone was playing music in the room above me for an hour or so starting around 1:30am. A good shower which was just across the corridor from the room & the breakfast was very good

4/10 Fair

the room was very small with a wardrobe seperating the toilet from the bedroom so not even a door and opposite the toilet is the sink and then the shower with a shower curtain no obvious sign of the extractor working above the toilet.dated and not a place that should charge the amount they do,
