The room was very clean, well presented with a large shower area in the en-suite. The assess to the room is via a door to the rear which leads into a dining area with two tables and chairs, a fridge, tea, coffee and milk. Paul the owner greeted us on arrival and gave us access to the driveway to park our car due to it being a permit zone. The property is also close to the town centre to the shops and restaurants. We visited the Fisherman’s Wife for our dinner having a 3 course deal for only £26.00 each. When we’re back in Harrogate, we will definitely come back to Acomb Lodge *****

The bathroom and toilet are en-suite… with a bold, open-plan concept (no door), which may surprise you at first, but you quickly adapt and start questioning why doors were ever invented. The owner is friendly, helpful, and professional—exactly the kind of person you hope to meet after a long trip. The kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, so no late-night reheated leftovers, but it makes up for it with fresh fruit, milk, and juice to keep things wholesome. Wonderful Owner Perfect Location

The customer service here is out of this world lovely!! The owner is wonderful, and willing to help any way possible. Due to the weather it was a little warm in the room but other than that it did the job, perfect location to walk to the centre. Had tea and coffee for the morning to start the day right :)
